How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped in Australia either by Australia Post or Sendle. Our lampshades cannot be shipped via Australia Post due to size so are shipped via Sendle. This means we are unable to ship lampshades to a PO box. Our cushions can be shipped to a PO box and through the postal system. We will send you tracking once shipped. We reserve the right to send your shipment via another courier depending on your location. International orders are shipped via Sendle or as otherwise discussed with Queen K.
Our lampshades are delicate so we take a lot of care to package and ship them to you. We only ship them in double walled boxes and have never had any issues so we will continue to do this to ensure your lampshades arrive intact.
We hope you will be jumping for jolly joy when your package from Queen K arrives and you have it unwrapped. In the event something is not right please contact us as early as possible at hi@queenk.com.au so we can sort out any issues you might have. We are here to help. Lampshades
Please choose carefully! As our lampshades are made for you on order they are not eligible for a change of mind exchange or refund. All our lampshades are inspected and photographed on completion to ensure there are no faults. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty lampshade please contact us within 3 days with images to discuss options. If your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately with images of the lampshade and the box/packaging so we can arrange a new lampshade to be made or a refund.
Cushions
Cushions that are in stock on our website are eligible for an exchange or refund. All items returned must be in original condition with no marks, soiling, damage and with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (you) to pay. We would advise returning any items with insurance in case of any loss. In the unlikely event that your cushion(s) arrive damaged please contact us immediately with images to discuss options.
Bespoke
Any lampshades or cushions made Bespoke are not eligible for a change of mind exchange or refund.
All our lampshades and cushions are inspected and photographed on completion to ensure there are no faults. If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty lampshade please contact us within 3 days with images to discuss options. If your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately with images of the lampshade and the box/packaging so we can arrange a suitable resolution.
